Chan Clan uses culture, creativity, education, and real-world experiences to help young people recognize their ability to create, build, lead, and belong.
The young people we work with already carry intelligence, culture, creativity, and voice. Our job is everything around that: space, access, resources, instruction, relationships, and opportunities that let it expand.

Zaria C. Chandler is a mathematics educator, author, curriculum designer, former professional dancer, and creative entrepreneur. In her work, those are not separate careers. They are one toolkit.
A Spelman College mathematics graduate and the author of Hip Hop Mic Drop Vol. I, she builds experiences where a scale drawing, a verse, a hoodie design, and a business plan can live in the same room.
